Seller reviews

How to rate a seller, and how to report a review.

Leaving a review

On a sale page, scroll to Seller reviews. Pick 1 to 5 stars and, if you like, add a short note. Reviews belong to the seller, so the average and count show on all of their sales.

The rules

• You must be signed in, and your account must be at least a day old.
• The sale must have started.
• One review per sale, and no reviewing your own sale.
• No links or web addresses in the text, up to 500 characters.
• Up to 5 reviews a day.

Your review shows your first name and last initial only.

Deleting or reporting

Use Delete my review to remove your own. To flag someone else's, use Report; an administrator will take a look.
