Items, categories and photos

Keep an item list, attach it to your sale, and add photos.

Your item list

In My items, type one item per line. Add a short description after a bar, like Nintendo 64 games | 12 games, works great. Your list is kept, so you can reuse it for every sale.

• Available: shown to shoppers and found by search.
• Hold: kept back for someone, hidden for now.
• Sold and Inactive: hidden.

Choose which items go with each sale in the sale form, and pick categories so shoppers can filter. You can keep up to 500 items.

Photos

Add up to 10 photos per sale (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB each). The site removes hidden location data and saves a clean copy. In My photos you can rotate a photo, make it the cover, or delete it (you are asked to confirm).

When photos are removed

To save space, photos are removed 14 days after a sale ends or is cancelled, and My photos shows the date. Photos on a repeating sale move to the next sale instead. Accounts with the Keep photos feature are exempt.
